Dr. Life’s diet rules clearly state that you need to plan your diet well in advance. While it may sound boring at times quite tedious nonetheless, it is vitally important that you plan your daily nutritional intake well in advance. As per Dr. Life’s diet rules, you need to start planning your diet at the time when you wake up in the morning. Ideally, in order to sustain yourself throughout the day and ensure that your energy is provided with regular bursts of energy, you need to consume five to six meals daily.
So, you avoid getting trapped in the act and heading for the fast food restaurant when you feel hungry, you need to ensure that you plan your diet well in advance. Fast food should be avoided as it is high in fat and calories and relatively low in nutrition content.
To try and ensure that you have ample proteins for your day, you may prepare certain dishes that can be kept in the fridge for several days without getting spoiled. Likewise, you may also keep certain vegetables in the fridge and consume them as and when you feel hungry. Eggs as well as fruits are an ideal snack and these should be kept in the fridge at all times.
Whenever you head out to work, you should try and make sure that you pack your lunch well in advance. An ideal snack could comprise of two whole wheat slices, an apple, a can of soy milk and a cup of shredded lettuce. Dr. Life’s diet rules suggest that you always carry a pack of snack bars or shakes while traveling to work or heading out for a short vacation.
You should also plan your meals well in advance and consume meals that are high in carbohydrates only when you are about to perform a heavy workout cession. The reverse is true before your bedtime. Before going to sleep you should consume meals that are relatively low in carbohydrates and high in proteins.
If you plan your meals in advance, you are bound to remain healthy and relatively free from chronic ailments for the rest of your life.
